The Sun In The Night (The Days Will Last Longer)
The Sun In The Night (The Days Will Last Longer)
The fading light will all but disappear
The Sun In The Night (The Days Will Last Longer)
Until the flames turn to rain like falling tears
For all I see all around me in discontent
The sun sustains our lives in this very land
Time has left its mark; the wind, the rain , the sand
The soils seeks out water
Every vision provides
A passage that leads us to the other side
The Sun In The Night (The Days Will Last Longer)
The fading light will all but disappear
The Sun In The Night (The Days Will Last Longer)
Until the flames turn to rain like falling tears
For all I see all around me in disbelief
Me and the moon have this thing we want to share with others
We hold the distant setting
But in our hears we but one
In our hearts we our but one
I’ve always had a thing about the moon
Return to the Sea Of Tranquility
A thousand years the land will submerged underwater
With no ground to stand
The Sun In The Night (The Days Will Last Longer)
The fading light will all but disappear
The Sun In The Night (The Days Will Last Longer)
Until the flames turn to rain like falling tears
The Sun In The Night (The Days Will Last Longer)
The fading light will all but disappear
The Sun In The Night (The Days Will Last Longer)
Until the flames turn to rain like falling tears
For all I see all around me in discontent

Falling Off The Map

Falling Off The Map
You can call it a coincidence
It doesn’t make much sense to me
You can call it superstitious
Could you take me serious?
You can say make believe
It’s all my imagination
In a dream like state I hate to say
The truth is a fabrication
I’m falling off the map
Never to return, never coming back
I’ll push delete to erase my past
Only to reinvent myself once and for last
Don’t try to call my number
The line has been disconnected
Don’t search my name on line
All the sites are infected
I’ll relocate elsewhere like a fugitive on the run
And when you call my name I’ll turn to the sun
I’m falling off the map
Never to return, never coming back
I’ll push delete to erase my past
Only to reinvent myself once and for last
I was one to believe
The future is what the present leaves
The haunting past is never far behind
The here and now is all I can find
There is nowhere I can go
There’s no one who really knows
All the locked doors without a key
Someone wake me from this sleep
I’m falling off the map
Never to return, never coming back
I’ll push delete to erase my past
Only to reinvent myself once and for last
I’m falling off the map
I’m falling off the map

Star date 2015:
In quest of the Alpha Centauri star system, spacecraft CE II has ventured into deep space toward the Andromeda Galaxy with 12 souls onboard. The mission of CE II and its crew, under the command of Captain Murdock and First Officer Goodsall, is to be the first inner stellar spacecraft carrying musicians into deep space to test the influence of weightlessness and prolonged flight on music composition. ‘Exploration Of The Southern Constellation’ which is beyond human reach and therefore are considered to be a ‘Fictional Works.’ CE II will attempt to reach life-sustaining planets that lie beyond the Alpha Centauri system, otherwise to be referred to in this story as Alpha Syntauri. From the flight deck Captain Murdock looks in awe at the 'Magnificent Works’ of the southern hemisphere as he controls the ship from the built in consol ‘alphaSyntauri’ keyboard. Suddenly an alert has been sounded, by Navigator Jones that the ship has entered the 'Gravitational Pull Into Śūnyatā' (emptiness in Sanskrit), which has led the ship off course. Jones’ Radio Shack inventions have been subject to question ever since lift off. He insists their accuracy. However, his early inventions included a cockroach detector and a thunderstorm detector that failed to convince. His commitment to the flight is under question. Communication's Officer Preston receives undefined signals in an alien language and is trying to decipher them into any known earth language. With the support of CE II Linguistics Expert Minobe, a translation of the alien message reads: ‘Universal life is comprised of frequencies that are inherent within and without all existence!’ The message includes a request to know the CE II frequency code. Ground control specialist, Clift has sent low decibel frequencies from striking gongs from Florida, which have reached the alien encounters request. Preston has no longer detected multiple blips on the screen. Normal has returned to the CE II. Goodsall announces over the craft’s intercom that due to ‘The Sun In The Night’ where ‘The Days Will Last Longer’ an endless power supply is a source for continuing the journey. CE II finds itself worshipping the Sun like a ritual performed by the ancient Aztecs. As a celebratory meal, Japanese chef Yoneda has announced the evening meal; Freeze-dried tempura and sushi. Just as dinner is served an alarm has been sounded indicating external factors have been compromised. An oxygen leak has been detected. As emergency procedures are put into place, security officers Kubota and Ueda have detected a security breech. An alien life form has been detected in the lower bay section of the craft. Captain Murdock has declared an emergency and measures are now in place. Mission Control Chief Namba has now instructed that CE II follow the Space Navigational Regulation Manual Section 523: In the event of a compromised spacecraft due to ‘Falling Off The Map’ The options are as follows: a) frozen suspended state of animation of crew with SOS signals sent for rescue with the course set to return to Earth, b) self-destruction of craft and crew. Silence prevails. A choice has been offered; a) or b) as engineer Stevens has activated the sequence and countdown commences while medical officer, Doc Juteau has distributed tranquilizers to respective crew to prepare for ‘The Gate Of Winter’s Past’ otherwise known as the state of non-existence. Officer Goodsall opted for the transcendental medication. However, even though additional doses were administered to him, John remained unaffected. The others have returned to their respective posts and will await their fate. Captain Murdock CE II uploads and transmits its final music compositions back to earth before facing the inevitable. Thus, the doomed CE II ‘Trip To Alpha Syntauri.’

The Gate Of Winter’s Past
Souls on sunken ships of collective fate
Voices from the past have spoken to me
Through the wind and through the trees
Telling me leave to another realm
See the face in the distance reveal
Throughout the years your fate has been sealed
Soul lanterns float into the otherworld
A searchlight for all lost souls
I can feel them in my presence
There’s something coming over me
The gate of winter’s past
Will last for eternity
Free you soul before it’s too late
The gate of winter’s past
Will last for eternity
Free you soul to close your fate
There’s no way in and there’s no way out
No one can ascend into the sky
It’s been tried but they fall back to the ground
The gate of winter’s past
Will last for eternity
Free you soul before it’s too late
The gate of winter’s past
Will last for eternity
Free you soul to close your fate
And now it’s time to surrender
Close the door on this existence
Say goodbye to those you cherish
For now you must perish
Just step into the light
